Into Work aims to place people with learning disabilities, who are autistic or neurodivergent in to work. These could be voluntary or paid positions. We’ll explore your work goals with you while offering support. By working alongside new employers, we’ll increase the opportunities you have so you can be confident in your new role.
We help our clients with many things, including:
- creating a job profile
- goal setting
- CV writing
- confidence building
- assessing training needs
- helping with applying for jobs
- support at interviews
- introducing clients to employers and speaking on their behalf (if requested)
- traveling to work
- health and wellbeing
- In Work Support (Supporting people with reasonable adjustments, such as Access to Work funding)
