What we do
We’ll work together with you in the community, building on your skills and resilience. Our recovery partners plan your support based on what’s important to you. They’ll work together with all people involved in your support to help you to achieve your goals. We provide guidance to help you continue your recovery so you can move on to greater independence. We want you to live the meaningful life that you choose whilst managing your mental health.
Who we can help
You can be referred to us by your social worker or health care worker. They’ll have a chance to meet our team and discuss whether our residence is right for you. You then have an opportunity to visit the home before making any decisions about moving in.
We can work with you if:
- You have mental health diagnosis
- You are under secondary mental health services with an allocated social worker or CPN
- You need accommodation and support to manage your mental health
Staff are very supportive, it’s just right for me, with lots of encouragement
