The Role
The Business Support Administrator is a key role for the efficient running of our Central Services. They report to the Governance and Business Manager and work within the Governance team. This varied role involves providing administration support to a wide range of Managers and Directors.
This is a 3-month temporary position however there is a possible opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate, after this role is reviewed.
The appointed PA/ Business Support Administrator will:
· Respond to incoming email enquiries and phone calls and deal with all incoming and outcoming post.
· Be responsible for diary management and booking meetings, hotels and travel as required.
· Manage all orders over Amazon and other sites for all services across YOU.
· Offer a PA service to the Directors of Operations, which will include working with Trustees on site visits and collating feedback, as well as preparing and writing reports.
· Be responsible for the weekly change over of on-call phones and will update the on-call rotas.
· Be the main point of contact for Facilities at our head office and will log information regarding housing compliance.

· You will be experienced, skilled and enthusiastic.
· You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
· You will be an efficient organiser and be able to priories your workload.
· You will be a confident communicator and able to build effective working relationships.
· You will have key attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
