- Have experience of working with adults with complex needs
- Have good communication skills: verbal, non verbal, and written
- Be able to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays in rotational basis.

The Role
We are currently looking to recruit support workers experienced in working with adults with multiple and complex disabilities as well as some additional health needs. The service is a small supported living environment providing person centred support.
As a support worker you will be required to support people with their full personal care, running and maintaining their home, supporting with medical appointments, accessing the community and generally supporting people to live the life they want.

The successful candidate will:
- Be experienced, skilled and enthusiastic.
- Be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be passionate about working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Work alongside our clients as an equal partner and give advice and guidance at a level matching the person’s skills and strengths.
- Develop positive working relationships with the local community and support agencies to create a network of support for your clients will be central to the work you do.
