Volunteer with us

The people in our communities are at the heart of all the work we do and have a real passion to help make a huge difference in the lives of the people we support.

Volunteers play a vital role in many areas of our work, providing, for example, the following:

  • Legal advice on social welfare benefits, family issues, employment, debt, housing
  • Skilled and experienced counselling
  • Respite for carers
  • Peer mentors for victims and survivors of domestic abuse
  • Support for all teams in many different ways

Volunteering for us: Ros’s experience

Ros volunteers at Warnford House in Gosport. She helps in day to day activities with residents and with staff.

'I am enjoying my new job, it gets me out and keeps me busy'

'I’m not afraid of myself anymore'
