Be the first point of contact for all IT support for the group
Provide all first and second line support including travelling to charitable services in YOU's working area

The Role
This role will be the first point of contact for IT support for the Group.
Support tickets are raised through the IT Help Desk by our users.
This role provides all first line hardware and first line software support to Group services and remote offices.
The role will also provide second line support with assistance as required from the wider team which could include an external provider.
Based primarily from Focus Point, Portsmouth, travelling extensively to all You Trust sites across our working area.
Due to the vast number of employees, workers and volunteers we have across the Group, this role will be required to work with a large number of laptops, desktop PCs and work issued mobile phones.
A UK driving licence is required but a vehicle will be provided.
About You
You will be a CompTIA A+ certified professional with experience of first/second line desktop support and have experience of working with all MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Power point and the Office 365 versions.
You will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, strong customer service skills and have the ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
You will be able to work as part of a team and equally be a confident independent worker who can take responsibility for a professional working environment with secure working practices.
You shall have up to date knowledge and understanding of end user hardware maintenance, broadband and help desk software.
